Dr Farrell’s office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, by appointment only. We open earlier and later on some days as necessary. We are closed on Public Holidays.
The Prince of Wales Private Hospital is in Randwick and is part of the Randwick Campus of Hospitals. (Prince of Wales Public Hospital, Sydney Children’s Hospital, Royal Hospital for Women).
Dr Farrell’s rooms are on level 7, Suite 30 of the Prince of Wales Private Hospital.
The main entrance is via Barker St between Avoca and Botany St, Randwick.
Paid parking is available at POW Hospital. The entrances to the parking are either via Barker St or Hospital Rd. It is best to drive to the bottom level, B4, as you can access the lifts directly to Level 7 without having to change at Level 0.
The best way to make an appointment is to telephone our staff on (02) 9650 4469 or by email link on this website. They will be able to answer your questions and book an appointment at a time that is convenient for you. To allocate your appointment, our staff may ask the reason for your consultation. This is to ensure that Dr Farrell is the appropriate doctor to see for your clinical presentation.
If you are a Medicare card holder and wish to claim the Medicare rebate, you will require a referral from either a GP or specialist to entitle you to claim your Medicare rebate. Your referral needs to be addressed to Dr Rhonda Farrell.
This information will be provided to you before you book your visit. Fees for your first appointment, colposcopy, biopsies etc. do attract a rebate through Medicare only (not your private health fund) .We can transmit claims through to Medicare on the day of consultation and rebates will be deposited within 24-hours into your registered account.
